# Performance Review (draft)

# When

We make a performance review every 3-4 months.

# Why

This is our way to give a regular feedback on how well everyone performs.

# How

E-Team is responsible for making performance reviews on time.

  1. A member of E-Team schedules a 1:1 meeting with his teammate.
  2. They both fill a valuation questionary (example (opens new window)). There are templates for each team available on Google Docs (WIP).
  3. During the meeting the participants synchronize their valuation and share their opinions on the points.
  4. Final valuation table is uploaded to our special internal Google Drive folder.
