# Performance Review (draft)
We make a performance review every 3-4 months.
This is our way to give a regular feedback on how well everyone performs.
E-Team is responsible for making performance reviews on time.
- A member of E-Team schedules a 1:1 meeting with his teammate.
- They both fill a valuation questionary (example (opens new window)). There are templates for each team available on Google Docs (WIP).
- During the meeting the participants synchronize their valuation and share their opinions on the points.
- Final valuation table is uploaded to our special internal Google Drive folder.
