We make a performance review every 6 months

# Why
This is our way to give a regular feedback on how well everyone performs and how they can improve.
# The process
- DRI (opens new window) creates a Story in ClickUp.
- Reviewer make copy of the last performance review in the performance review doc.
- Reviewee prepares the matrix of competencies. Optionally he/she adds comments.
- Reviewer conducts a One-on-One with the Reviewee to discuss and calibrate.
- Reviewer tells to people management DRI (opens new window) that performance review is done.
- Reviewer changes the task status in ClickUp to
Done
