# Performance review

# When

We make a performance review every 6 months.

# Why

This is our way to give a regular feedback on how well everyone performs and how they can improve.

# The process

  1. DRI (opens new window) creates a Story in ClickUp.
  2. Reviewer make copy of the last performance review in the performance review doc.
  3. Reviewee prepares the matrix of competencies. Optionally he/she adds comments.
  4. Reviewer conducts a One-on-One with the Reviewee to discuss and calibrate.
  5. Reviewer tells to people management DRI (opens new window) that performance review is done.
  6. Reviewer changes the task status in ClickUp to Done.
