# How we work
We use 4 layers of planning:
- We write and collect proposals as RFCs.
- We proiritise company goals through Roadmap.
- We plan our team works through Story Maps.
- We go through our tasks on Kanban boards.
At the end of the working day the whole team revises the work done and writes the summary to our
#work-done channel launching
What did I do today workflow.
When we make any changes that can influence the customers, either updates of the tracker, or installer updates, or any changes on a website, we tell about these changes to the team in an '#announcements' channel. And duplicate the event to a google sheet which is attached to the description of an announcements channel.
